The Support Advisor position provides client support. Responsible for proactively holding client meetings. Duties include but are not limited to: data gathering, modeling, case design, scenario building, plan development, presentation development, etc. May participate in joint client meetings with other Lead Advisors in the office. Will have decision-making authority on client matters.

• Series 7 and 66 Required

Responsible for helping to maintain superior client relationships and working with Lead Advisors concerning all matters regarding the client experience. Duties include regular communication with Lead Advisors in the office as well as regular communication with clients and fellow professional staff. Proficiency with client reports and forms/documents preparation and management is required. Attributes such as excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills are preferred. Will not meet with clients in an advice capacity.
• 5-10 Years of Experience

Responsible for maintaining advisor and client workflows, opening accounts, preparing client reports, contacting clients to provide and/or obtain updated information, money move requests, etc. Operates under oversight of Senior Client Service Associate.
